What are points?
Ritual Reward points were created to thank you for being a loyal client. Points are rewarded each time you purchase retail products. These points can be used towards all retail purchases. This program is free and is presented as a courtesy to all of our gorgeous clients.
How do I get started?
All Ritual Salon clients are automatically enrolled.
How do I accumulate points?
Every retail purchase at Ritual Salon. Points are only awarded when eligible transactions are rung up through the register. Below is a list of ways points can be accumulated and their assigned value:
1000 Points =$1.00 - you will receive 10 points for every retail dollar spent.How can I redeem my points?
Points may be redeemed for retail purchases only. Points are NOT eligible for any gift card transactions or services. Let the front desk know you would like to use your points upon checkout. Points accumulated for retail transactions are deducted if any item is returned. If points are used to make a retail purchase and that product is returned, points are refunded back to the client account.
Are my points redeemable for cash?
Points are NOT redeemable for cash.
Are points transferable?
No. Points can only be redeemed by the person who earned them.
Do points expire?
Points are accumulated during the calendar year and expire at the end of December each year. It is the client's responsibility to claim unredeemed points prior to expiration.

3. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE - Most importantly, these products are sold without the service and recommendation of your stylist who knows the best product for your hair, and deprives them of the sale of this product and their service.
