Another Happy Customer - Thank You

Saturday, May 17, 2014

"I've bounced around from salon to salon for the past 4 years, but not anymore! I go to Jennifer every time now! I wanted to gradually go darker with my color... I didn't even know exactly what I wanted to do, but explained it as best as I could, and when I saw what she did, I couldn't stop staring!!! IT WAS PERFECT! She did a beautiful mix of darker highlights and lowlights.

I go to her for my Brazilian blowouts- way cheaper and much better service than the fancy salons I have tried downtown. Straightens even my wacky, curly, frizzy mane! She and the man at the front desk are always extremely friendly, and they have a habit of throwing extra samples and goodies in my bag sometimes when I purchase a product.

But my favorite part? I have no idea what she does differently than the other salons, but when I go to Jennifer, my Brazilian blowout lasts AT LEAST a month longer!!! I highly recommend Ritual to all my friends!!!  - Beka T.

BEGINNING MARCH 1!  As a thank you for your continued loyalty, Ritual Salon is introducing our Rewards & Loyalty Program. Clients will accumulate points by simply purchasing retail salon products with us. It's that simple!

What are points?
Ritual Reward points were created to thank you for being a loyal client. Points are rewarded each time you purchase retail products. These points can be used towards all retail purchases. This program is free and is presented as a courtesy to all of our gorgeous clients.

How do I get started?
All Ritual Salon clients are automatically enrolled.

How do I accumulate points?
Every retail purchase at Ritual Salon. Points are only awarded when eligible transactions are rung up through the register. Below is a list of ways points can be accumulated and their assigned value:

1000 Points =$1.00 - you will receive 10 points for every retail dollar spent.

How can I redeem my points?
Points may be redeemed for retail purchases only. Points are NOT eligible for any gift card transactions or services. Let the front desk know you would like to use your points upon checkout. Points accumulated for retail transactions are deducted if any item is returned. If points are used to make a retail purchase and that product is returned, points are refunded back to the client account.

Are my points redeemable for cash?
Points are NOT redeemable for cash.

Are points transferable?
No. Points can only be redeemed by the person who earned them.

Do points expire?
Points are accumulated during the calendar year and expire at the end of December each year. It is the client's responsibility to claim unredeemed points prior to expiration.

From L'Oreal Professional on Purchasing Salon Retail Products:

Support your stylist, care for your hair and your budget.

First of all, thank you for choosing a salon that uses one or more of the following L’Oréal Professional Products – Matrix, Redken, PureOlogy, L’Oréal Professionnel, Artec, Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair and Mizani. I want to take this opportunity to speak to you directly about a problem facing our industry called Diversion. You have probably seen our products before in mass retailers, drug and grocery stores or unauthorized websites. Do not buy salon products from them. Why?

1. QUALITY – L’Oréal doesn’t authorize sales of professional products to these outlets and can’t guarantee the content or quality of these products. L’Oréal Professional Products purchased at unauthorized outlets are often older than 250 days, discontinued or even counterfeit. Because of the confidence we have in our products, for the 1st time ever, we are offering a QUALITY GUARANTEE. If you purchase our products at your local salon or spa and you’re not satisfied with their performance, return the product with a receipt within 4 weeks for a full refund. See your salon stylist or product website for further info.

2. PRICE – You may be at a price disadvantage when purchasing our products from an unauthorized sales outlet. In fact, through our price checks vs. syndicated data, we have found that salon products purchased at mass retailers are AT LEAST 10% higher than when bought at your local salon or spa.

3. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE - Most importantly, these products are sold without the service and recommendation of your stylist who knows the best product for your hair, and deprives them of the sale of this product and their service.
